Register for a 2-day introductory workshop on medical Qi Gong to promote self-care and cultivation taught by the prestigious Dr. Steven Aung. All proceeds will be donated to the Edmonton Chinese Garden project. The details for this event are below:
Date and Time: 9am to 5pm on both Saturday, July 25th and Sunday, July 26th

$399 per person and part-time students
$299 per full time student with a valid student ID.
The contract for the construction of the Entrance Gate has been awarded to K-Rite Construction.
This piece of the Phase 2 construction plan will begin in September 2014 and is expected to be
completed by October 15th, 2014. The construction is partially funded by the City of Edmonton and
the Chinese Community and the medical professions.
We will be hosting a Celebration and “Fundraising” banquet on November 8th, 2014! Mark this down on your calendar and come celebrate and support the start of Phase 2 of our construction, the Entrance Gate!

It was another year of good weather and good company at this year’s Chinese Garden Cup Golf Tournament, held September 22th, 2013! The Edmonton Chinese Garden would like to thank the participants and volunteers for making the event a huge success and to Legends Golf and Country Club for being our gracious host once again! The Garden is open to the public. Admission is free and will remain free.
Although you can use
Google Maps (location of garden)
to find approximate driving directions, the nearest parking is actually at the Louise McKinney Park,
which is located just south of Grierson Hill road, by the Shaw Conference Center.
From the parking lot, the Garden is just a short walk east.
